Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you authorize Hors Catégorie Vineyards to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier, UPS, to deliver your order to your specified destination. Federal law requires you must be 21 years or older (21+) to purchase wine. By placing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
Wish List Policy
We understand that sometimes you may miss out on a wine you want. That's why we offer the Wish List feature. Your Wish List requests will be reviewed and processed immediately following the closing of the online sale. This service is exclusively for customers who have placed orders in the current vintage sale. The wines you request will be added to your existing order, and your credit card will be charged for the cost of the additional wines added. By placing a Wish List request, you authorize Hors Catégorie Vineyards to charge your credit card when the wines you request are added to your order.
Shipping Policy
A pick-up option is not available for Hors Catégorie. Orders will be shipped to the address provided. Shipping follows the same careful protocols described above to protect the integrity of your wine. Ground shipping is only available in select areas within a three-day delivery window. Express delivery options are available. We strongly encourage shipping to a business address.
Delivery Policy
We are a winery located in Oregon. When you buy wine from us, the sale takes place in Oregon, and you officially own the wine as soon as the purchase is completed. You are solely responsible for the shipment of the wine. Hors Catégorie Vineyards does not make any claims regarding your legal rights to ship or receive wine in any state outside of Oregon or in any country outside of the United States. Please note that we are unable to ship to certain states. For more information, please refer to the Shipping Guidelines.
When the wine is delivered, the recipient must present identification proving they are at least 21 years of age. The willful misrepresentation of your or the recipient's age is a crime in most states. We are committed to your complete satisfaction.
If you are ever unhappy with your order or your wine shipment has become damaged, please call us at 509-522-4242. We ship on Monday and Tuesday. Your shipment may be delayed in extreme temperatures to protect it from heat or cold damage. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, UPS will return the shipment after three unsuccessful attempts.
Any delivery issues, such as damaged or missing items, must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipment's delivery date for resolution.
Returns Policy
At Hors Catégorie Vineyards, we stand behind the quality of all our wines. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our wines. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery of your order at 509-522-4242. We are here to ensure you have the best experience with our wines.
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds, if necessary, will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. Alternatively, a refund check may be mailed once your mailing information is verified.
